The name Alidima / Alidinma has a meaning which mean good land Ali means-Earth or land while while dima means-good

Put all together means good land that is the meaning of Alidima/Alidinma.

The major Occupation of Agbor-Alidinma people, their occupation is farming Agbor -Alidinma is under Agbor community.

- The Dein of Agbor (Obi of Agbor) Which is the king of Agbor is the head of Agbor kingdom
- All the community in Agbor is under Agbor, and rule by the Obi of Agbor (Dein of Agbor)

They has cultural blends, the Alidinma people speak Ika. They are Ika speaking people ( Igbo influenced) According to some trace roots.
The oldest man in the community of Agbor-Alidima control the community in Agbor-Alidima town is head there. The oldest man in each family also control the family farm land and so on. The farm land and ancestral rite in Alidima are well manager, The internal affairs of the community is been control by most elders man called (Diokpa/Okpala) Any old man can be called Diokpa in any family not from particular family.
